Job description
You will be involved in product development across various fields, including:
- Product design (3D styling)
- Mechanical design
- CAE analysis
- Production engineering
You will work on advanced product development projects.
After joining, a 2–3 month training program is provided. Even candidates without prior experience can participate and steadily build professional skills.
Requirement
Mandatory:
- JLPT N2 or higher (practical level equivalent to N1)
- Graduating in 2027 from:
- Vocational school
- Junior college
- Technical college (KOSEN)
- University
- Advanced technical college
- Graduate school (Master’s)
- Engineering background preferred (no specific major required)
Preferred:
- Interest in manufacturing (monozukuri)
- Interest in engineering careers
- Passion for 3D modeling
No prior work experience required.

- Technical college (KOSEN): JPY 245,000
- University / Advanced KOSEN: JPY 255,000
(Includes JPY 20,000 housing allowance per month)
