Job description

Main Duties

Work at the in-house software development center, handling requirements from major clients (mainly manufacturers) and implementing comprehensive solutions.
Participate in development, maintenance, and service expansion.
Scale the organization to meet growth demands.

Specific Tasks

Ensure QCDS (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety) in software/web development projects.
Project types:
Consumer software development
Enterprise system development
Embedded software development
Handle client projects and develop software on request.

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as PM or PM candidate, leading project teams.
Manage projects, coordinate schedules, and communicate with clients.
Support training of junior employees and strengthen team capabilities.
Foster a supportive, cooperative, and open team culture.

Requirement

Requirements

Experience managing PC/Web development or software projects.
PM experience from requirements to development and operation (6+ months).

Preferred

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Agile experience (PO, Scrum Master).
Project management with .NET or Java.
Skills in evaluation, reporting, issue management, and quality management.

Expected Technical Skills

OS: Windows, Linux, Android, iOS
Languages: Java, C++, C#, Python, PHP, JavaScript, React
DB: PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQLServer

Desired Qualities

Proactive, able to think independently, propose solutions, and drive work.
Strong influence and communication skills.

Salary

Annual: 5.5M – 8.3M yen
Monthly: 305,000 – 467,000 yen
