Job description
- Administrative support for the management division
- Preparation, issuance, and management of invoices
- Accounting data entry, journal entries, and bookkeeping (using Freee software)
- Preparation and management of HR-related documents and records
- General affairs duties such as improving and maintaining internal rules and workflows
- Tasks related to IPO preparations
Requirement
Requirements (Must-have):
- At least 1 year of administrative experience, or assistant experience in a sales department
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (internal and vendor coordination)
- Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1
Preferred:
- Experience in recruitment/hiring

Salary: From JPY 3.48M annually (negotiable depending on experience, skills, performance, and contribution)
- Paid monthly in 1/12 installments
- Includes fixed overtime allowance for 20 hours/month (JPY 39,189); additional overtime paid separately
Location: Headquarters (Taito-ku, Tokyo) – No transfers
- 8 minutes on foot from JR Sobu Line / Toei Asakusa Line “Asakusabashi Station”
- 8 minutes on foot from Toei Asakusa Line / Toei Oedo Line “Kuramae Station”
