Benefits
Salary Increase: Once a year (April)
- Based on supervisor's evaluation
Bonus: Twice a year (June, December / 2 months of base salary × 2 times a year)
- Depends on business performance
- Bonus 40% + housing allowance
- If there is no transfer within the area, bonus 50% + housing allowance
Housing:
- Housing allowance: 20,000 yen ~ 30,000 yen (varies depending on the location)
- Dormitory cost: Approximately 27,000 yen per month
- 5,000 yen (housing relocation allowance)
