Job description
Engineering jobs in Japan for 2027 graduates. Hiring Mechanical, Electrical & Testing Engineers.
Target: 2027 graduates currently residing overseas
Location: Nationwide across Japan
You will be involved in the full product development cycle, including:
- Technical consulting, concept planning, and requirement definition
- Detailed design and implementation
- Testing and evaluation
Work as a design and development engineer in mechanical, electrical/electronics, or testing/certification fields.
Opportunities to take on Project Manager (PM) responsibilities are available.
Manage quality, cost, and delivery while providing deliverables such as design documents, reports, drawings, and prototypes to solve clients’ technical challenges.
Requirement
- Graduating in 2027 (Bachelor’s, Technical College, or equivalent engineering degree, domestic or overseas)
- Engineering major (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, etc.)
- Must currently reside outside Japan
- Under 30 years old
- JLPT N2 or higher
- No prior work experience required
- Applicants with previous work experience in Japan are not eligible
- Re-application is allowed for those who were not selected last year

Estimated Annual Salary: JPY 2,916,000 – 3,132,000
Monthly Salary (previous year reference):
- PhD: JPY 274,000
- Master’s: JPY 261,000
- Bachelor’s / Advanced Technical College: JPY 250,000
- 3-year vocational graduate: JPY 247,000
- 2-year college graduate: JPY 243,000
(Includes JPY 55,000 allowance)
- Bonus: Twice a year (June & December)
- Salary increase: Once a year (technical positions)
